IAFE Zone 1 Meeting Grant

Our Goal is TO Help !

The MAAF Foundation will give up to fourteen (14) seven hundred dollar ($700) grants each year offset travel and lodging expenses to attend the IAFE Zone One Conference.

Guidelines and Eligibility

1. Have not attended the Zone 1 Conference in the past three (3) years

2. Must be an active member of a licensed Maine agricultural Fair (Board Member, Staff Member or Volunteer)

Procedure

1. Grants are not transferable

2. Application Deadline: Early Registration Deadline February 28 for Current Year Spring Conference

3. Application should be completed and mailed to: MAAF Foundation, 8 Caston Road, Pittston, ME. 04345 or Emailed to: info@MAAFfound.com

4. Receipt for registration will be submitted to the Foundation after the Conference for reimbursement.

5. Briefly: Describe your involvement in the Fair Industry

6. Briefly: Describe why you feel attending the IAFE Zone 1 Conference will be beneficial to you and the Fair you represent.

Judging

1. Applications will be scored anonymously by the grant selection committee members.

2. Each judge will review the applications individually, assigning a score to the individual application.
